Job Summary
As a Digital HR Management Specialist at Deutsche Rentenversicherung Berlin-Brandenburg, you will serve as a key internal service provider bridging the gap between Human Resources and IT. Based in Frankfurt (Oder), your daily responsibilities involve the functional administration of various HR software systems, including time tracking, occupational safety, and shift planning tools. You will be instrumental in maintaining Identity and Access Management (IAM) modules, ensuring data security standards, and generating complex statistical evaluations for departmental decision-making. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree or Diploma (FH) in Administrative/Economic Sciences, Business Informatics, Social Security, or a comparable field; OR qualification as a Social Insurance Specialist (Sozialversicherungsfachwirt); OR completed 3-year vocational training in IT or Administration.
Experience
- 1-3 years of professional experience in the IT sector, depending on educational background
- Professional experience in functional software administration (e.g., time tracking or resource planning software)
- Experience in creating and maintaining IT procedural security concepts
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) modules
- Initial experience with hybrid project methodologies within public administration is preferred
