In this role, you will be responsible for managing and steering the production of fee billing for physicians and psychotherapists within the Lower Saxony healthcare system. Your day-to-day activities involve monitoring statutory and contractual deadlines, compiling essential documentation using proprietary software, and coordinating with internal billing departments to ensure seamless data flow to external partners. A significant portion of the role involves documenting work processes and contributing to the ongoing automation and digitalization of these administrative workflows. Required Skills
Education
Completed commercial vocational training, preferably as a Healthcare Administrative Specialist (Kauffrau/-mann im Gesundheitswesen), or a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration).
Experience
- Professional experience in processing tasks according to clearly structured processes and specifications
- Experience in handling strict deadlines and working under time pressure
- Proven experience in coordinating with internal departments and external partners
- Experience in documenting administrative or technical work processes
- Familiarity with public administration structures and processes is preferred

- Location: Hannover, Germany. Minimal travel required. Must be able to work in a full-time capacity, though the position is suitable for part-time arrangements if the full-time hours are covered.
