Job Summary
As a Client Partner focusing on federal and state authorities in Southern Germany, you will be instrumental in expanding NTT DATA's footprint within the public sector. Your core responsibilities include independently acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships by identifying project opportunities early and advising clients on strategic matters, as well as the planning and execution of complex IT and business projects. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract closure, developing tailored sales strategies for a diverse portfolio including IT Security, ServiceNow, Microsoft, AI/KI, CX, AppDevOps, and Data Center solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to building robust client networks, preparing high-quality proposals, and collaborating with delivery units and marketing teams. The ideal candidate is a sales generalist with strong negotiation skills, a proven track record in client acquisition, and a robust network within the public sector.

Education
Completed university degree (technical/business administration) or comparable qualification
Experience
- Sales experience in client acquisition, preferably with a strong network in the public sector in Southern Germany
- Experience with public tenders and procurement law
- Professional experience in creating high-quality proposals
