Your daily responsibilities include analyzing and classifying incoming IT disruptions, documenting issues within a ticketing system, and escalating complex problems to administrators when necessary. You will be responsible for the hands-on installation and configuration of new hardware and software for end-users, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration / Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration)

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support and troubleshooting
  • Experience in the installation and configuration of hardware and software components
  • Practical experience using IT ticketing systems for documentation and tracking
  • Experience providing technical assistance for Windows and/or Mac operating systems
  • Proven track record in customer-facing service roles
