As an IT Test Manager based in Dortmund, you will be responsible for the strategic coordination and management of testing activities across the software development lifecycle. Your daily responsibilities include defining quality standards, establishing best practices for End-to-End (E2E) testing, and reporting progress to key stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining test frameworks while collaborating closely with development, product management, and project teams to optimize existing processes. Required Skills
Education
Degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- 2-5 years of professional experience in IT test management
- Proven experience in the creation and implementation of test strategies and frameworks
- Professional experience in coordinating and steering test activities and teams
- Practical experience using Jira, Confluence, and XRay
- Demonstrated experience in defining and establishing quality standards and E2E testing best practices
