As an IT Support Specialist for Logistics Systems, you will be the primary point of contact for resolving technical challenges within a fast-paced logistics environment in Kamen. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve analyzing and troubleshooting IT malfunctions, managing operating system and software installations via a professional client management system, and configuring hardware such as PCs, tablets, printers, and smartphones for your colleagues. Beyond maintenance, you will actively contribute your own solutions to ongoing IT development projects. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Proven experience in hardware setup and mobile device management
