Job Summary

This role involves managing the organizational and financial backbone of a nationwide counseling association. Based in Bonn, the successful candidate will oversee member relations and coordinate association development processes. A significant portion of the role focuses on the strategic and operational aspects of fundraising for both the association and its foundation, including donor acquisition and the digitalization of donation management systems. Additionally, you will handle financial project management, specifically regarding public funding law, budget management, and the preparation of expenditure reports for the Berlin counseling center. This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys working at the intersection of full-time staff and volunteers, offering a creative environment with flexible working hours and home office options. You will contribute directly to the association's mission of providing pregnancy and psychosocial counseling across Germany.

Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor/Master) with a focus on Business Administration, Business Law, or a comparable qualification; certified qualification in Fundraising.

Experience

  • Professional experience in fundraising and donor acquisition
  • Experience in public funding law and financial reporting (Verwendungsnachweise)
  • Professional or voluntary experience in association work (Verbandsarbeit)
  • Experience in the digitalization of organizational processes
  • Experience in member support and organizational development
