Job Summary

This role involves managing the core organizational and growth functions for a nationwide non-profit association focused on pregnancy counseling. Based in the Bonn federal office, the successful candidate will oversee member relations and coordinate association development processes. A significant portion of the role is dedicated to strategic fundraising, where you will plan and execute campaigns for both the federal association and its foundation, maintain donor relationships, and drive the digitization of internal donor management systems. Additionally, you will handle financial project management, specifically regarding grant law, budget management, and the preparation of proofs of use for the Berlin-based counseling center. This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys working at the intersection of full-time staff and volunteers, offering a creative environment with flexible working hours and home office options.
