Job Summary

This role involves managing the core operational and financial growth pillars for a nationwide non-profit association focused on pregnancy counseling. Based in the Bonn federal office, you will be responsible for member support, coordinating organizational development processes, and overseeing the nationwide statistics system. A major focus of the position is the strategic planning and operational execution of fundraising activities for both the federal association and its foundation, including donor relationship management and project acquisition. You will also handle financial project management, specifically regarding public funding law (Zuwendungsrecht), and oversee the financial reporting for the Berlin-based counseling center. This position is unique for its blend of administrative organization and creative fundraising, offering a high degree of flexibility with home office options and the chance to shape the digital transformation of internal processes. It is a part-time role (50-75%) that bridges the gap between full-time staff and volunteers within a family-friendly organizational culture.
