Job Summary

As a Customer Engagement Manager in Dermatology, you will play a pivotal commercial role in customer care and retention, focusing on key national and local accounts and networks with Key Opinion Leaders in Psoriasis and Atopic Dermatitis. You will be responsible for strategically planning and implementing innovative engagement strategies, collaborating closely with internal and external partners to sustainably improve patient care. Day-to-day, this involves identifying decision-makers, developing customer-centric strategies, leveraging market data, and working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, medical affairs, and market access teams. You will also build long-term relationships with dermatologists and clinical facilities, organize training and workshops, and ensure compliance in all activities. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to drive patient care improvements within a leading international pharmaceutical company focused on skin health.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Natural Sciences, Health Management, Business Administration, or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in a similar function, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector with a focus on strategically relevant customers (hospitals, medical care centers, KOLs)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of structures and processes within the healthcare sector
  • Proven track record in lateral team management within a cross-functional structure
