Job Summary

This role involves executing chemical, physical, and technical testing of raw materials, bulk products, and finished goods within the Quality Control department of an international pharmaceutical company based near Hamburg. The analyst will be responsible for pharmacopoeia testing, determining various fat indices (such as acid value, hydroxyl value, and iodine value), and utilizing advanced analytical techniques including HPLC, gas chromatography, Karl Fischer titration, and UV/VIS/IR/NIR spectrometry. Key qualifications include a completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician or equivalent, substantial professional experience in pharmaceutical quality control, specifically with liquid chromatography (HPLC), and expertise in GMP-compliant documentation. The successful candidate will also manage equipment qualification, calibration, and maintenance, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance in a collaborative team environment.
