Job Summary

This role involves overseeing quality assurance and occupational health and safety standards within the Regional Workshop of the German Federal Police in Bayreuth. As a key member of the technical support team, you will serve as the designated officer for occupational health and safety (BfdA), ensuring that all work equipment and devices undergo mandatory safety inspections. Your daily responsibilities include monitoring quality requirements to optimize process workflows and managing compliance with general operational safety regulations. This position is ideal for professionals with a background in administration or automotive technology who are looking for a stable, meaningful career in public service. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Administrative Assistant, a comparable 3-year commercial/administrative qualification, or a 3-year technical vocational training (preferably in the automotive trade).

Experience

  • Professional experience in administrative, commercial, or technical fields
  • Experience in the automotive trade or mechanical engineering is preferred
  • Proven knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and hazardous substances
  • Experience in independent task management and process monitoring
