This role involves leading the Facility Management department for a prominent public sector client in Garching. The day-to-day responsibilities include managing and controlling construction, maintenance, and inspection orders, overseeing budget and fund management, and handling invoice auditing within SAP. You will play a key role in public procurement processes (VOB), manage CAFM data quality in Archibus, and provide administrative support such as document management and meeting organization. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed degree in Engineering with a focus on Electrical Engineering, HVAC (HKLS), Facility Management, or Industrial Engineering.

Experience

  • Extensive professional experience in the strategic planning and implementation of facility management processes
  • Leadership experience in a management position, demonstrating situational leadership and clear communication
  • Experience in data analysis, forecasting, and the development of decision templates
  • Professional experience in technical building management and knowledge of relevant legal regulations
  • Experience in the public sector or cooperation with public institutions is preferred
