Job Summary

This role involves managing the technical and infrastructural aspects of commercial properties in Hamburg, ensuring full compliance with legal requirements for building operation. The Technical Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating external service providers, managing maintenance schedules, and conducting expert inspections. Key tasks include providing architectural and engineering services (following HOAI standards), managing building documentation, and evaluating bids and service specifications while considering sustainability and funding eligibility. Candidates must possess a degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Technical Building Management, or a relevant technical qualification in Facility Management or Building Services. Professional experience in technical property management or a related field, coupled with strong knowledge of contract law (VOB, BGB, HOAI) and building technology, is essential. The position requires analytical skills, a hands-on approach, and proficiency in MS Office and ideally SAP.
