Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the technical and operational integrity of properties in Berlin by managing statutory compliance and overseeing maintenance and expert inspections. The Technical Property Manager will be responsible for coordinating external service providers, performing architectural and engineering services (in line with HOAI standards), and managing comprehensive building documentation and technical equipment records. Key daily tasks include regular site inspections to document building conditions and defects, managing defect rectification, and pursuing warranty claims. Candidates must possess a degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Technical Building Management, or a relevant technical qualification (e.g., Facility Management, Building Services Engineering). Strong knowledge of contract law (VOB, BGB, HOAI) and building technology is essential, alongside proficiency in MS Office and ideally SAP.
