As a Senior Consultant at Flox solutions, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between talent acquisition and business growth within the specialized dental medicine and dental industry sectors. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from active sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn and Xing to conducting in-depth candidate interviews and managing placements. Simultaneously, you will drive business development by identifying and acquiring new clients, ranging from dental clinics to industrial partners. You will act as a strategic advisor to practice managers and CEOs, negotiating contracts and optimizing job advertisements for maximum conversion.
