Your day-to-day responsibilities involve a dual focus on full-cycle recruitment and strategic business development. You will actively source candidates using modern tools like LinkedIn, Xing, and performance ads, while simultaneously driving new business by acquiring dental laboratories, medical centers, and industrial partners. This role requires a high degree of professional autonomy, as you will act as a strategic partner to practice owners and managing directors, advising them on market positioning and candidate selection.
