As a Customer Success Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical software solutions and client satisfaction. Your daily responsibilities involve steering and analyzing customer needs specifically for secure mobile working solutions, conducting external software trainings, and leading workshops. You will act as a technical expert for products like SecurePIM, Apple indigo, and Samsung Knox Native, ensuring smooth releases and feature implementations. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close interaction with product management, sales, and development teams to optimize products based on client feedback. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed degree in Information Technology or a comparable vocational training qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience as a Customer Success Manager for complex software solutions or in IT customer support
  • Practical experience working with iOS or Android operating systems
  • Experience in the IT security environment is preferred
  • Proven experience in conducting workshops and external software training sessions
