This role involves the administration and support of Windows and Linux server environments within a 2nd level capacity. As an IT Support Engineer, your day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and resolving technical malfunctions in IT infrastructure, managing network systems, and ensuring the stability of server architectures. You will collaborate closely with 1st level support for escalations and assist 3rd level teams with the implementation of new technologies and automation initiatives.
