Job Summary

This role involves the hands-on execution of wafer processing within a state-of-the-art 800-square-meter cleanroom environment at the Fraunhofer Institute for Microelectronic Circuits and Systems (IMS). As a Microtechnologist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of automated production equipment, following electronic Manufacturing Execution System (MES) guidelines to perform critical steps such as photolithography, etching, and thin-film deposition. You will work closely with scientific staff to support error analysis and process optimization while ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards.
