Job Summary
As an IT Security Manager at DRV Bund in Würzburg, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation and continuous development of Information Security Management (ISM). Your daily responsibilities include coordinating security policies, managing risk assessment processes, and overseeing the technical administration of ISM tools. You will work closely with the IT Security Officer to review security concepts and ensure compliance with BSI IT-Grundschutz standards. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor/Diploma) in IT or IT Security; alternatively, completed IT vocational training with several years of relevant professional experience.
Experience
- Initial professional experience in the field of IT security
- Experience in the implementation and development of information security management systems
- Professional experience in coordinating security guidelines and risk management processes
- Optional but preferred: Experience with BSI Standards 200-1, 200-2, and 200-3
- Optional but preferred: Practical experience with ISMS or risk management tools

- Must pass a security clearance check according to § 9 SÜG. Willingness to undertake occasional planned business travel. Position is based in Würzburg with home office options.
