Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Administrative Science, Law, Economics, Social Sciences, or Political Science; or completion of the Administrative Specialist (Angestelltenlehrgang II) qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in public administration, law, economics, or social sciences
  • At least 1 year of relevant professional experience required if holding a general Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in youth work is considered an advantage
  • Experience in conceptualizing organizational structures and sustainability strategies
