Job Summary
As an Onsite IT Service Technician in Hannover, you will be the primary point of contact for technical support and infrastructure maintenance within an international IT service provider environment. Your daily responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and commissioning of IT hardware and software, as well as performing on-site troubleshooting and error analysis. You will support users with technical inquiries, manage documentation within a ticketing system, and assist with large-scale rollout projects. Required Skills
Education
