Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive 2nd level technical support for a leading IT consulting and service company in Leuna. As a 2nd Level Support Technician, you will be responsible for the independent repair of hardware, troubleshooting complex IT malfunctions, and performing detailed error analysis. Your daily tasks include the installation, configuration, and commissioning of various IT systems, as well as the maintenance and optimization of Windows operating systems. You will manage incidents through a central ticketing system, ensuring all processes are documented with precision. Required Skills
Education

- Extensive knowledge in both software and hardware
- Proven experience in handling ticketing systems
- Experience in the installation and commissioning of IT systems
