This role involves taking responsibility for the second-level support, operation, and continuous development of a mobile IT infrastructure in Wiesbaden. As an MDM Specialist, you will manage ticket systems, configure mobile devices, and implement changes within the MDM environment to ensure system stability. Your daily tasks include supporting device enrollment, rolling out new hardware, and updating device configurations while adhering to strict security guidelines.
