As a Project Manager for 20kV Substations, you will play a pivotal role in driving the energy transition across Bavaria. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of construction projects involving 20kV switchgear within substations and switching houses. Your daily activities include coordinating new builds, expansions, and renovations while maintaining strict control over schedules and budgets. You will act as the central point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring technical solutions are practical and safety standards are rigorously upheld through regular site inspections. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or State-Certified Technician.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in project management specifically within power supply infrastructure.
  • Proven track record in the environment of substations and switching stations.
  • Experience in managing the full project lifecycle from planning to commissioning.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical leadership of project participants.
  • Experience in implementing and monitoring occupational safety regulations on construction sites.
