Job Summary

As a Project Manager for Substation Auxiliary Power Systems at Bayernwerk Netz GmbH, you will play a critical role in securing the energy supply for approximately 7 million people in Bavaria. You will be responsible for the 'Auxiliary Power' (AC/DC) trade within 110kV substations and 20kV switching stations. Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading the entire project lifecycle—from initial planning and tendering to final commissioning and technical acceptance. You will work closely with a project team to ensure all installations meet group standards, budget constraints, and strict safety regulations. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or State-Certified Technician.

Experience

  • Professional experience in planning, project engineering, or maintenance of battery systems.
  • Professional experience in auxiliary power supply for power plants or industrial facilities.
  • Experience in managing technical trades from tendering through to commissioning.
  • Demonstrated experience in independent project management and cross-functional teamwork.
