Job Summary

This role involves managing construction projects for the Free State of Saxony and the Federal Republic of Germany within the Leipzig branch of the SIB. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the project development and support of electrical, information technology, and security systems from inception to handover. Your daily tasks include acting as the client representative, performing project management duties to ensure cost, schedule, and quality targets are met, and conducting procurement procedures according to VOB and VgV regulations. You will also oversee freelance engineering firms and supervise construction tasks. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in electrical engineering or information technology within a public service or engineering office environment
  • Experience in evaluating and optimizing technical solutions
  • Experience in project steering and client-side representation
  • Experience with procurement procedures and managing freelance engineering firms
  • Proficiency in industry-specific and standard PC software
