Job Summary

This role involves managing complex electrical engineering projects for the State of Saxony's property and construction management division (SIB) in Dresden. You will be responsible for coordinating new construction and renovation measures for building systems, with a specific focus on higher education facilities such as TUD and HTW. Day-to-day tasks include leading and monitoring all project phases according to HOAI standards, specifically within high-voltage and low-voltage systems. You will oversee external planning offices, manage costs and deadlines, and provide expert technical advice to building users. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Experience in construction supervision, acceptance, and billing of building services
  • Proven experience in managing external specialist planning offices regarding quality, costs, and deadlines
  • Experience in applying technical regulations and building guidelines
