Job Summary

As a Requirements Engineering Manager at Leica Microsystems, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical development and customer needs within the life sciences and biotechnology sectors. Based in Wetzlar or Mannheim, you will be responsible for the comprehensive creation and maintenance of project requirements and specifications. Your daily activities will include collaborating with project offices and product management to conduct requirements analyses, feasibility studies, and customer surveys. You will also oversee quality assurance throughout the development process and manage diverse stakeholders both within and outside the R&D department. This role is unique for its blend of deep scientific application and technical oversight, allowing you to influence the development of groundbreaking optical and digital microscopy solutions.
