This role is a critical customer-facing position within the EMEA Business Development team at Leica Microsystems. The successful candidate will act as a scientific bridge between customers and internal departments such as R&D and Sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering expert application knowledge, conducting on-site and virtual demonstrations, and optimizing workflows for electron microscopy sample preparation. You will also be responsible for planning customer workshops, contributing scientific content for marketing initiatives, and documenting activities within CRM systems.
