Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Cologne District Government's Upper Water Authority in implementing the European Water Framework Directive (WFD). As a Technical Officer, you will contribute to creating action programs and management plans, provide expert advice to project sponsors on ecological continuity and water quality, and evaluate technical planning documents for water law permit procedures. You will also perform water supervision tasks and maintain specialized databases.
