Job Summary

As a Field Operations Project Engineer for Steam Turbines, you will serve as a vital technical link between the back office and global field sites within the Gas Services Central division. Your daily responsibilities involve managing and resolving technical inquiries for worldwide plants, spanning from the initial installation and commissioning phases through to the end of the warranty period. You will prioritize site requests, coordinate with specialist departments to find solutions, and maintain direct communication with on-site colleagues to ensure operational success. This role is highly impactful as it involves leading task force and root cause analysis teams to solve complex plant issues and feeding field experience back into engineering and manufacturing processes to improve product quality. You will also provide technical support to project management and participate in client meetings. This position is ideal for an experienced engineer looking to apply deep technical knowledge of large-scale steam turbines in a dynamic, international environment that offers flexible and remote working options.
