Job Summary

As the Data Transformation Lead, you will spearhead the modernization of the data landscape for the STG SST Parts operation. Your daily responsibilities include performing in-depth data discovery, developing strategic roadmaps, and leading teams of analysts and scientists to implement data-driven solutions. You will act as a bridge between technical implementation and business strategy, establishing data governance and driving the adoption of eCommerce platforms. This role is unique for its 'startup agility' within a global corporate environment, offering high visibility and direct reporting to the business. You will collaborate internationally to align best practices and leverage AI-driven strategies to accelerate digital readiness. By transforming legacy data into actionable insights, you will directly enable process automation, strategic inventory management, and business growth. This is a pivotal position for a professional passionate about data excellence and digital product management who enjoys working across the end-to-end business spectrum.

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Experience

  • Several years of experience in advanced data analysis using Python
  • Professional experience in analyzing, manipulating, and applying Machine Learning to data
  • Experience in digital product management, project management, or consulting is preferred
  • Proven experience in leading analysts and scientists through technical implementation
  • Experience in establishing data governance and data modernization roadmaps
