Job Summary

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for technical assistance within a public sector organization in Munich. Your daily activities will involve accepting, analyzing, and resolving IT incidents and service requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems like ServiceNow. You will provide both 1st and 2nd level support, managing workplace hardware such as PCs, notebooks, and mobile devices. A significant portion of the work includes managing user accounts and access rights within Active Directory and Microsoft 365, as well as supporting Apple/macOS systems. This position offers a unique blend of remote and on-site work, allowing for home-office flexibility. You will also contribute to IT rollouts and documentation updates in Confluence.
