Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated First Level IT Support Specialist to join a clinic in Munich. Day-to-day responsibilities involve being the primary point of contact for IT issues, including the initial analysis, classification, and resolution of support tickets, as well as handling phone-based support requests. You will be responsible for remotely and physically maintaining PCs, laptops, and printers within a client/server/network environment, updating the knowledge base, and managing emergency communication protocols. The ideal candidate will possess relevant technical training, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, or equivalent professional experience, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. A high degree of self-responsibility, quality awareness, and customer orientation are essential. While experience in a hospital environment and knowledge of specific healthcare applications (M-KIS, Amondis, Phoebus) are advantageous, they are not mandatory.
