Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Support Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries within a Munich-based Private Equity investment group. The specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd Level Support, including the initial acceptance, analysis, and resolution of disruptions, as well as managing ticket status tracking. A core function involves system administration tasks such as the installation, rollout, and commissioning of notebooks and mobile phones within a Microsoft environment. Candidates must be proficient in managing Windows Clients and Servers, possess knowledge of network and error management, and have experience with ticket systems. Furthermore, the position requires participation in various IT projects and the creation of technical documentation and Knowledge Base entries. Success in this role demands a structured work ethic, strong communication skills, and excellent fluency in both German and English.

Experience
