Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive IT system administration for a nationwide laundry rental company based in Augsburg, Germany. The System Administrator will be responsible for the nationwide administration of the IT infrastructure, acting as the primary contact for user support, consultation, and assistance. Day-to-day tasks include technical configuration, support, maintenance, and optimization of infrastructure and applications, as well as independently managing the classification, resolution, and follow-up of user requests and disruptions. A key focus is collaborating with internal departments on technical concepts and implementations, contributing to the development of the existing IT infrastructure, and managing various solutions such as M365, MDM, SW Rollout, virtual environments, servers, and clients. The ideal candidate holds a degree or vocational qualification in IT/System Integration and possesses strong knowledge of Active Directory and GPOs, along with experience in digitalization projects and various modern infrastructure technologies.
