This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries within a Private Equity investment group in Munich. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd level support, including the initial acceptance, analysis, and resolution of disruptions, as well as tracking ticket status with varying priorities. Key day-to-day tasks include system administration, managing the installation and rollout of notebooks and mobile phones within a Microsoft environment, and contributing to various IT projects. The ideal candidate must have a background in IT system administration, experience with ticket systems, and proficiency in supporting a server and network landscape. Strong communication skills and excellent command of both German and English are essential for success in this dynamic support and project environment.
