Job Summary

As an Electrical Project Engineer at TU Braunschweig, you will play a vital role in managing the technical infrastructure of one of Germany's leading technical universities. Working within the Building Management division, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of electrical engineering projects, including preparation, execution, monitoring, and billing. Your focus will span communication, information, and security technology, with specific emphasis on fire alarm systems (BMA), smoke extraction (RWA), measurement and control technology (MSR), and data technology. You will act as a representative of the building owner, collaborating with external planning offices and conducting regular site inspections of buildings and outdoor facilities. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Dipl.-Ing. FH or Bachelor) in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical field of study.

  • Experience in working with external planning offices and performing client-side functions
  • Practical experience in site inspections and technical facility monitoring
  • Familiarity with relevant legal guidelines, ordinances, and technical rules
