This role centers on managing vehicle type approval processes with a specific focus on emissions, CO2, energy efficiency, and On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) for both conventional and new drive systems. As a Type Approval Manager, you will serve as a critical interface between internal development departments and external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, testing services, and international subsidiaries. Your daily responsibilities include providing expert advice on regulatory changes, clarifying complex legal requirements, and maintaining essential IT applications for vehicle configuration.
