Job Summary

As the Head of Customer Fulfillment Field Service at Vodafone Germany, you will be responsible for the strategic management and operational readiness of all outsourced field service activities for FTTx and cable networks. Managing a substantial budget of over €200 million and overseeing approximately 2 million annual onsite visits, you will ensure external partners meet performance expectations for new customer connections, fault clearances, and network deployment. Your daily responsibilities include optimizing IT systems and processes, managing partner relationships at the executive level, and collaborating with procurement on service contracts. This role is unique due to its massive scale and influence, acting as a central point of contact for global technical units and local stakeholders. You will lead teams across multiple German locations, driving innovation and service quality to enhance the customer experience while maintaining strict cost and performance controls.
