Job Summary

As a DMS Archive & Workflow Consultant at MAIT Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation for over 7,000 customers. Your daily responsibilities include analyzing technical and business requirements to design practical Document Management Systems (DMS) and workflow solutions. You will lead the implementation of software such as EASY/PROXESS or OTRIS, ensuring seamless integration with ERP systems like abas or Comarch. Beyond technical execution, you will act as a project coordinator and strategic advisor, conducting workshops and training sessions to empower clients. This role is ideal for those who enjoy a blend of technical problem-solving and client interaction.
