Job Summary

As a Staff Research Engineer, you will serve as the central technical interface across technology platforms and pilot-line activities. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve ensuring coherent end-to-end process flows, maintaining strong documentation discipline, and coordinating between R&D teams and the MicroFab facility. You will be responsible for cross-platform process integration, defining baseline flows, and implementing process change controls. A significant part of the role includes translating external requests into executable technical scopes and driving continuous improvement through root-cause analysis and variability reduction. This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys a matrix organization and wants to bridge the gap between high-level research and practical microfabrication execution. The role is particularly attractive due to its high-level technical oversight and the opportunity to work in a leading-edge R&D environment with a competitive salary starting at EUR 70,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.
