Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for managing decentralized IT operations and coordinating the implementation of essential IT tasks for DB InfraGO AG. You will lead the development of the IT Competence Center as an internal service provider, following ITIL best practices to advise internal customers. Your daily activities include ensuring compliance with framework guidelines and standards, managing IT facility contracts, and defining measures to optimize both service quality and operational costs. You will play a crucial role in overseeing maintenance measures (both preventive and reactive) and ensuring the quality of IT asset data management. Required Skills

Education
