Job Summary

As an R&D Research Associate at Roche's Penzberg site, you will join the 'On Market Products / Product Quality' team within the Network Core Lab Development. This role is vital for maintaining and optimizing the Elecsys® assay portfolio on cobas e platforms, ensuring high-quality diagnostic standards for global patients. Day-to-day, you will perform development tasks using protein chemistry and immunological methods, operate fully automated laboratory systems, and document results according to strict quality management guidelines. You will also handle human pathogenic materials (S2) and support cross-departmental projects.
