Job Summary

This role serves as the primary point of contact for all Microsoft 365 Cloud users at Bayerische Staatsforsten, one of Europe's largest forestry enterprises. Based in Munich, Regensburg, or Bayreuth, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving application issues on Windows clients and Android smartphones. Beyond standard troubleshooting, you will play a creative role in designing and conducting user training sessions, consultation formats, and best-practice exchanges. A unique aspect of this position involves implementing small-scale programming tasks using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys bridging the gap between end-users, specialist departments, and developers. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT field, such as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or Computer Scientist.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in user support and application troubleshooting
  • Extensive experience working with Microsoft 365 Cloud environments
  • Proven programming experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Experience in creating technical documentation and conducting training sessions
  • Professional experience in a service-oriented IT environment

Additional

  • Willingness to undertake business travel is required. The position is based in Munich, Regensburg, or Bayreuth, with potential placement at one of 40 forestry offices across Bavaria. Applicants must be eligible to work under the TV-L public service collective agreement.
