Job Summary

This role serves as the primary point of contact for all Microsoft 365 Cloud users at Bayerische Staatsforsten, one of Europe's largest forestry enterprises. Based in Munich, Regensburg, or Bayreuth, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving application issues on Windows clients and Android smartphones. Beyond standard troubleshooting, you will play a creative role in designing and conducting user training sessions, consultation formats, and best-practice exchanges. A unique aspect of this position involves implementing small-scale programming tasks using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
