As an IT Service Technician in Hamburg, you will join a growing IT consultancy focused on sustainable information and communication technology services. Your daily responsibilities will involve the full lifecycle of hardware and software management, including the installation of operating systems and applications, executing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, and providing direct end-user support and training.
