This role involves providing critical 1st and 2nd level onsite IT support within an industrial environment in Großwallstadt. As the central point of contact for users, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows clients, desktop hardware, laptops, and peripheral devices. Your daily routine includes troubleshooting software issues within the Microsoft Office 365 suite, managing users in Active Directory and Exchange, and performing error analysis for network-related problems such as VPN, firewalls, and WLAN. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Practical experience in handling PC hardware, peripherals, and mobile end devices
  • Experience in the installation and configuration of desktop systems
  • Professional experience in user support within an industrial or corporate environment
  • Experience with ticket systems and incident documentation
