Job Summary

This role involves providing critical 1st and 2nd level onsite IT support within an industrial environment in Großwallstadt. As the central point of contact for users, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows clients, desktop hardware, laptops, and peripheral devices. Your daily routine includes troubleshooting software issues within the Microsoft Office 365 suite, managing users in Active Directory and Exchange, and performing error analysis for network-related problems such as VPN, firewalls, and WLAN.
