Job Summary

As an IT Release Management Expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring the digital future-readiness of the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the planning, coordination, and monitoring of the entire release process for cross-sectional applications. You will be responsible for creating detailed schedules for application updates, moderating coordination meetings with stakeholders, and managing maintenance windows. Beyond technical coordination, you will handle 2nd-level support, error analysis, and process documentation. This role is unique as it offers the opportunity to work on one of Germany's largest and most complex IT infrastructures within a socially relevant context. You will contribute to the continuous improvement process (CSI) and provide expert advice on shaping release strategies.
